Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If any of our products don’t meet or exceed your expectations or the advertised
quality, we will do everything we can make it right and make you a happy customer.
If we are unable to make it right, we will refund 100% of the price of the product
as soon as we receive your return. You have placed your confidence in us enough
to buy the product. We have an obligation to deliver satisfaction.
All we ask is that the product be returned within a two week time period from the
date you receive it. The product must be returned in a re-salable condition, with
its original packaging. In order to receive proper credit, we will need you to include
the original packing slip that came with the order.
Returns Are Easy
Our store personnel will guide you through the proper steps to do a return and give
you a Return Authorization Number to insure you receive proper credit. Pleas call
1-866-876-1240 M/F 10:00AM through 6:00PM to request your Return Authorization Number.
We can not accept returns without this authorization number.
Return Policy
Our return policy is very similar to any quality department store’s policy. We try
to handle it just as though you were standing across the counter in the store. We
do not load the policy down with cheap exclusions or hidden fees as many others
do. We refund you 100% of your merchandise price using the same method you originally
paid. Shipping cost are not refundable. We are compelled to charge a restocking
fee on all overages returned. We will not charge a restocking fee if we ship from
our inventory, only on special orders.
- We can not accept returns on merchandise held by you for more than two weeks.
- We can not accept returns on cut yardage fabrics.
- We can not accept returns on any merchandise not in original packaging and re-saleable
condition.
- We can not accept wallpaper murals for return.
- We can not accept returns on stated clearance or closeouts.
Defective Wallpaper
Wallpaper should never be defective but we don’t live in a perfect world. If you
receive wallpaper or border which proves to be defective, we will gladly replace
the wallpaper at no charge. We must have the damaged or defective merchandise back
in order to give you proper credit. We will arrange to have the defective merchandise
picked up at no charge to you.
Back Orders
We maintain a huge inventory in two locations but never have all available patterns
in stock at one time. If we are unable to pull your selection from stock, we will
place a drop ship order with the manufacturer. Please wait until you receive your
entire order before scheduling your installer. Occasionally your selection just
will not be available because the manufacturer is out of stock or has discontinued
the pattern. If the circumstance is just simply out of our control, we will try
to assist you in finding an alternate selection.
Packaging For Return
Please call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Package the merchandise in the original condition along with the original packing
slip. You may use a better shipping cartoon if the original is not still in good
condition.
Write the Return Authorization Number in black near the shipping label on the outside
of the box.
UPS will come to your house to pick up the return or you will be mailed a shipping
label. You will be given proper instructions via email.
Refunds
You will be issued a refund after we receive the merchandise back. We will notify
you via email once we receive complete and process your return. You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. We can only
issue a return to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid by
check, you will receive a check refund.
