Do you accept checks?
Yes, our shopping cart is not set up to accept checks but you can call us at 1-281-980-1250 or 1-866-875-1240, to place your order and make arrangements for check payment.
How about returns?
Yes, you can return almost anything you purchase from Total Wallcovering with a few exceptions like opened rolls or partially used rolls. Under some conditions, a restocking fee will apply and you must first obtain a return authorization in order to get proper credit for your return. You will need to call or send a request to sales@totalwallcovering.com. to obtain a return authorization.
Do you provide free wallpaper samples?
Yes, on any wallpaper we have in stock we will provide a free 36” sample with a shipping charge of only $4.99. On wallpapers or borders we do not stock, we can obtain you a small sample for $8.99 which includes sample and shipping. No samples are available for murals.
Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
We do not solicit orders outside the U.S. currently. We are looking into the regulations on shipping to Canada. Once this is finalized, we will explore other options.
Are you honest?
Now that is a very good question and perhaps one to ask any internet company you are considering doing business with. We have two retail stores with repeat customers who have been doing business with us for over twenty years. We gladly accept the challenge of maintaining an honest and honorable relationship with all our customer both local and internet. After all, we are customers too and we know how customers like to be treated.
Do you use genuine pattern numbers?
Yes, we use the same number used by the manufacturer. We do not practice any form of deception by coding pattern numbers to “lock you in” to our site. We provide the genuine number to make it easy for you to price shop and compare.
Are you competitive?
Yes, we shop the internet on a routine basis to insure our competitive stance. We follow a very competitive formula when adding new items to our site originally, to insure you always get a competitive price. In addition to a competitive price, we try to follow through with a good customer service to make sure the complete transaction is concluded to your satisfaction. If you ever find an item you feel is incorrectly priced, please let us know.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, with a very low minimum to qualify. You get free ground shipping on any order over $100. We do, however, charge a small packing and handling fee which is applied to every order.
What are your business hours?
We can be reached by phone (1-866-776-1240) Monday through Saturday 10:00AM through 6:00PM Central zone. You can also reach us 24 hours a day via email at sales@totalwallcovering.com.. In many cases we will get back with you the same day with answers to your questions.
Do you carry all brands?
Yes, we do carry all brands including some slow sellers and hard to find ones. We do not display all brands on the site, however. We also carry many designer and European wallcoverings. If you have a pattern number, please give us a call at 1-866-776-1240. Better yet, just send us an email at sales@totalwallcovering.com.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept all, including American Express, Visa, Discover and Master Card.
Do you charge the card when we place the order?
Absolutely not! We only charge the card when the order is shipped. If we are unable to fill the order complete and you are willing to wait for a back order, we only charge for the portion actually shipped. We then charge the back order amount once it has shipped.
Do you sell our personal information?
No! Not only do we not sell it, we do not give it away or share it either. We do not even use it to solicit or spam you. We respect and guard your privacy.
Is your site safe?
Yes. We are as save as money can buy. We have a 128 bit encryption security socket layer, SSL, unique to Total Wallcovering which meets the industry standards. If the industry, internet, ever upgrades, so will we.
Do you have designer wallcovering or designer books?
Yes. We have all designer books and designer wallcovering. In order to honor our manufacturer’s guidelines, we do not display it on our web site. In order to get a free quote, all you need to do is send us your pattern number and quantity to sales@totalwallcovering.com.. We will get back in touch with you very quickly with stock availability and price quote.
Do you ship lamps?
Some lamps we are able to ship, but those usually require some assembly. A broad answer to the question would have to be not usually. They are on the site for local customers primarily.
Do you ship framed art?
No, by the time you pay for the packaging and shipping it would not be a value to you. Some iron or metal scrolls can, however, be shipped.
