Thank you for visiting our site and thank you for being our customer. We formulate
our prices to assure you of a real value every every time you shop Total Wallcovering.
We are constantly comparing prices with others to assure you a competative price
when shopping here. We do not display fictious or phony item numbers to prevent
you from your own comparison shopping. We use and display the same item number the
manufacturer assigns the item when manufactured. We do not make it hard for you
to comparison shop. We do, however, want you to come back to us should you shop

We first incorporated in 1988 as Total Wallcovering, Inc. and continued to operate
under that charter until 2005. When we first opened for business, we were a wallcovering
store exclusively. We felt we were wallpaper experts as it was our first love and
we placed so much emphasis on it. One of our first employees wanted to add mini
blinds to the mix, which I resisted. We were a wallpaper store in the purest form.
Later we added mini blinds and eventually all the products fabricated by Hunter
Douglas and others.
Today we are a Hunter Douglas Gallery dealer with custom window covering, extensive
collection of home dcor merchandise and wallpaper. We have moved three times within
the same shopping center, expanding in size each time. We have expanded from one
store to multiple stores, all featuring the same merchandise mix of wallpaper, home
dcor, candles, window fashions and wallcovering installations.
Oh yes, we changed our name too. We are now Total Dcor Store featuring more lines
of home dcor and gifts along with wallcovering. No matter what we expand into, we
continue to feature wallpaper collections. As a matter of fact, the customer today
has more and better choices in wallpaper than at any time I can remember in the

Our pricing policy is to always feature everyday low pricing on quality merchandise
with exemplary service. We are just a mom and pop with big time values and service.
Over the years we have managed to get a few things right because after all these
years, we are still here. We can still say, after all these years, "we have
never left a dissatisfied customer behind". You can expect the same attention
to detail and customer satisfaction as all our customers over the past twenty years
have come to expect, as they continue to do repeat business with us. We just changed
our name, not our way of doing business.
Policies
SECURITY It is our policy to provide a safe and secure web site for your hopping
convenience. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is secure and
protected. We have been serving customers for over 17 years from this Sugar Land
location and have never sold or revealed our customer information. It will remain
our policy to conceal and protect your information
SHIPPING We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of getting your order. Shipping
charges on wallpaper will be $8.99 for first eight single rolls. Additional charges
will be calculated on total number of additional rolls. Example: A 12 single roll
order would be $8.99 + $4.00 = $12.99. On most other items there will be a flat
$8.99 per shipment.
RETURNS We will gladly take any "unopened" double roll back for refund.
However, the manufacturer charges us a restocking charge and we must pass that on
to you. Therefore, there will be a 30% restocking charge on all returned wallpaper
plus a $10.00 handling fee to return it. On accessories and other items, in good
condition, there will only be a 20% restocking fee plus a $10.00 handling fee.
WALLPAPER
The packaging in wallpaper remains somewhat confusing even today. Almost every wallpaper
book in the continental United States is priced in single rolls while the material
is packaged and shipped in double rolls. This web site is priced in single rolls.
When you see a roll price, we are talking single roll. If your installer tells you
to get 12 single rolls, here you will order, pay for and get 12 single rolls, but
the packaging will be 6 double rolls. All other items like accessories will be individual
or each. On any wallpaper in stock, we will gladly furnish a free sample to aid
in good decision making. If it is necessary to order from manufacturer, there will
be a small charge for the sample.

PAYMENTS
We accept checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. We do not charge
your account until the merchandise has been shipped. You will not be charged for
pending, or back orders.
